You are buying expertise — not a markup on the hotel. The fee is simple, tied to trip complexity, and paid before design begins.
The Menu
Your planning fee covers research, itinerary design, booking coordination, and personalized support. You pay hotels, airlines, and operators directly (card stored once in Fora Vault). Supplier commissions, when applicable, are earned separately.
One destination. Simple domestic or straightforward hotel and activity planning. Digital itinerary and pre-trip support. This is the minimum planning fee.
The core product. Most leisure vacations — couples, families, honeymoons, resorts, 4–10 day trips with multiple activities, dining, and transfers.
Multi-city or international itineraries, villas, private tours, complex air or rail, and high-touch concierge. Built for trips that need a travel designer, not a booking clerk.
Celebrations, family groups, retreats, and highly customized travel. The fee is quoted in writing before work starts.
How Payment Works
Inquiry → discovery → client agreement → planning fee (Fora invoice) → research and proposal → your approval → formal quote → bookings on your card in Fora Vault.
After you sign the Client Service Agreement and before deep planning begins. The invoice appears as “Fora Travel.”
Two itinerary revision rounds are included. Additional cycles are $125. A major redesign (new country, new dates, or a new concept) is $250.
Full refund if planning has not started. After research begins, the fee is non-refundable. Supplier charges follow that supplier’s terms.
Wingman never holds hotel, air, or tour funds. There is no checkout cart on this site.
