The Process
We talk about your travel style, dates, destinations, budget, and what would make the trip a success. You can start with the inquiry form or a call.
You sign the Client Service Agreement. The planning fee is invoiced through Fora — Essentials $250, Signature $500, Luxe $900, or Custom $1,000+. Design starts after the fee is paid. See Fees.
I build the itinerary with flights, lodging, activities, and transparent pricing. Two revision rounds are included. Then we lock a formal quote.
You pay hotels, airlines, and operators directly (Fora Vault). I place each booking, send the itinerary package, and stay available while you travel.
What You Can Expect
This is not a self-service booking site and it is not free trip planning. Clients consult first. After the agreement and planning fee, I design the trip. You pay hotels, airlines, and operators directly (card stored once in Fora Vault). Wingman invoices only the planning fee. There is no checkout on this website.

Flights, hotels, transfers, reservations, and day-by-day details are organized so you always know what’s confirmed.
